Acute anterior compartment syndrome of the forearm following lifting a heavy load

      Nontraumatic acute compartment syndrome of the forearm is rare. We have been unable to find any previous reports of upper limb involvement after carrying heavy loads. We report a case of acute anterior compartment syndrome of the forearm after carrying a heavy load.
