A ‘major trauma sheet’ has been designed with the object of making it easier for the accident officer to record clinical details than is the case when he is confronted by a blank sheet of paper. He is saved from much unnecessary writing and can use the time saved in looking after his patient: clarity of presentation is unimpaired and it may even be improved.
