      An attempt is made to look at some of the present problems relating to the management of the injured. These include buildings, equipment, manpower, organization, etc. Suggestions are made as to how some of these may be overcome. It is to be hoped that experience gained since the introduction of the N.H.S. will be used to the real benefit of this large problem of community medicine in the seventies.
