Proximal to midshaft closed tibial fracture – Infra or supra-patellar nailing?

      A 37yo man was hang-gliding when he is hit by a downdraft of wind and crashes his hang-glider. He falls about 15 m and suffers a proximal / midshaft closed right tibia and fibula fracture. He has no other injuries.
