The European Federation of Societies for Microsurgery (EFSM) consolidates through
a process of maturation, which is substantially founded upon the quality and number
of contributions of the member nations and by enlarging the scientific cooperation
with societies and individuals from all over the world. Ever since the 13th EFSM Congress
held in Antalya in 2016, EFSM with the initiative of the Secretary General, had focused
on facilitating resident interest and participating in Microsurgery by making programs
more available to them with free resident registration and introducing new scientific
activities, including Instructional Courses aimed at their level of training, as well
as resident-specific competitions.
