Reversed LISS-DF in selected cases of complex proximal femur fractures

      The treatment of complex proximal femur fractures is challenging. A broad spectrum of implants is available. Antegrade nailing is a well-established technique and the treatment of choice. However, intra-operative fat embolism or postoperative pelvi-trochanteric pain or limping can occur.
