Oncological awareness in orthopaedic trauma

      Surgeons involved in fracture management will inevitably be exposed, on an occasional basis, to patients with an oncological basis for their bone pathology. This may present either as a definite pathological fracture, a possible pathological fracture or as an impending fracture where there is obvious pathology present.
